1. INDIAN OPTION TRAINING ACADEMY reserves the right to change prices listed without notice.
2. We do not accept payment by instalments.
3. Training fees must be paid prior to start of the training course.
4. All local bank charges are applicable for delegate’s account.
5.  All INDIAN OPTION TRAINING ACADEMY Training Academy course fees are subject to the current INDIA GST @ 18 % .
6.  Registration is only final upon receipt of applicable training fees in full. We will provide confirmation of your registration within 30 working days of receiving the training fees.

Cancellation Policy

1. Once payment done You can’t cancel the course any circumstances
2. We don’t have any refund policy neither we entertain such practice

Non-attendance Scheme

1. If you do not attend a training course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
2. where as admitting such a candidates to next is at management discrete

Property

1. The right of ownership in respect of all original work created by the INDIAN OPTION TRAINING ACADEMY by way of Video tutorials and course content , remains the property of the INDIA OPTIONS TRAINING ACADEMY
2. Miss use or circulation of such asset with out prior permission with be considered as illegal

Disputes

1. Any complaint concerning INDIAN OPTION TRAINING ACADEMY invoices shall be lodged in writing within 2 days of invoice date.
2. All disputes will be decided by the Mumbai Court even in case of plurality of defendants, actions in intervention.
3. Area of judiciary will as Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) only
